Creating Your Account

Signing up for Soku takes less than a minute. You can create an account using your Google account or an email magic link — there is no password to remember either way. All new accounts start with a 7-day free trial that includes full access to every feature. No credit card is required to begin.

Sign-Up Options

Soku offers two ways to create an account:
MethodHow it works
Google OAuthSign up instantly using your existing Google account. One click, no forms to fill out.
Email magic linkEnter your email address and receive a one-time login link. Click the link to create your account and sign in.
Both methods create the same type of account with the same features. Choose whichever is more convenient for you.

Signing Up with Google

  1. Go to mysoku.io and click Get Started or Sign Up.
  2. Click Continue with Google.
  3. Select the Google account you want to use. If you are already signed in to Google in your browser, this step may happen automatically.
  4. Google will ask you to authorize Soku. Review the permissions and click Allow.
  5. You will be redirected to the Soku dashboard. Your account is ready.
Soku only requests basic profile information from Google (your name and email address). Soku does not access your Google Drive, Gmail, or any other Google services.

  1. Go to mysoku.io and click Get Started or Sign Up.
  2. Click Continue with Email.
  3. Enter your email address and click Send Magic Link.
  4. Open your email inbox and look for a message from Soku with the subject line “Your Soku login link”.
  5. Click the login link in the email. The link will sign you in and take you directly to the Soku dashboard.
Magic links expire after 15 minutes. If your link has expired, return to the sign-in page and request a new one. Also check your spam or junk folder if you do not see the email within a couple of minutes.

Email Verification

  • Google sign-ups: Your email is automatically verified through Google. No additional steps are needed.
  • Email magic link sign-ups: Your email is verified the moment you click the magic link. Clicking the link serves as both sign-in and verification in one step.
There is no separate email verification step or confirmation code to enter.

Your First Login

When you log in for the first time, Soku will walk you through a brief onboarding flow:
  1. Choose your plan. Select the Starter or Pro plan to begin your 7-day free trial. You will not be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before that.
  2. Connect your first platform. Soku will prompt you to connect at least one social media account (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, etc.). You can skip this step and do it later from Settings.
  3. Land on the dashboard. Once setup is complete, you will arrive at your main dashboard, where you can create your first post.
Your 7-day free trial starts when you select a plan. Every feature is available during the trial with no restrictions. See Free Trial for details on what happens when the trial ends.

Signing In After Account Creation

Once your account exists, signing in works the same as signing up:
  • Google users: Click Continue with Google and select your account. You will be signed in immediately.
  • Email users: Click Continue with Email, enter your email address, and click the magic link that arrives in your inbox.
There are no passwords to manage. Every sign-in uses Google OAuth or a fresh magic link.

Troubleshooting Sign-Up Issues
