Every Soku plan comes with a 7-day free trial that gives you full access to all features. The trial starts automatically when you create your account — no credit card is required.

What Is Included

During the free trial, you get access to everything in the plan you selected at signup:
  • Connect social media accounts (up to your plan’s limit)
  • Publish and schedule posts across all supported platforms
  • Use automated reposting and content repurposing
  • Upload media to the Media Library
  • Use AI transcription and AI content generation (credits provided)
  • Access the Public API
  • Use templates and OG image generation
There are no feature restrictions during the trial period. You are using the full product.

How the Trial Works

  1. Sign up at mysoku.io using a magic link or Google sign-in.
  2. Select a plan during onboarding. This determines your trial features and limits (for example, how many accounts per network you can connect).
  3. Start using Soku immediately. Your 7-day trial begins from the moment your account is created.
  4. Before the trial ends, you will receive a reminder to subscribe.
You can subscribe at any time during the trial. Your billing period begins on the day you complete payment, and any remaining trial days are not lost — they are included in your first billing cycle.

What Happens When the Trial Ends

If you do not subscribe before your trial expires:
  • Publishing is disabled. You will not be able to create new posts, schedule content, or run automated reposts.
  • Your data is preserved. Your account, connected platforms, media, and post history are not deleted. Everything is waiting for you if you decide to subscribe later.
  • You can still log in. You retain access to your dashboard to view your data and manage your account.
Scheduled posts that fall after your trial expiration will not be published. Make sure to subscribe before the trial ends if you have upcoming scheduled content.

Subscribing After the Trial

If your trial has expired and you want to activate your account:
  1. Log in to your Soku dashboard.
  2. Go to Settings > Billing.
  3. Select your plan and billing cycle.
  4. Complete payment through Stripe.
Your account is reactivated immediately and all of your existing data (posts, media, connected accounts) becomes fully functional again.

Do I need a credit card to start the trial? No. The free trial starts without any payment information. Can I change plans during the trial? Yes. You can switch to a different plan during the trial period. Your trial continues with the features of the new plan. What if I forget to subscribe? Your account is not deleted. You can come back and subscribe at any time to reactivate your account with all of your data intact. Is the trial available for all plans? Yes. Starter, Pro, and Agency plans all include a 7-day free trial.
